My previous post was all about what I don't want my PD to be like. In this post, I describe what my PD sessions endeavour to achieve.
I teach a limited number of students in 1-1 and small group settings. This ongoing direct work with students, along with over ten years of full-time classroom teaching, serves as the bedrock on which I design experiences for teachers.
This diagram attempts to describe my PD principles in a nutshell.
As I take baby steps in the world of teacher PD, as always, I am excited to learn and get better.
